Pouches are locked and unlocked using a simple magnetic system, removing the need for staff to handle devices.<\/p>\n<p>The rollout was supported with clear communication to students, staff and parents, helping expectations to be understood from day one.<\/p>\n          <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n      <\/div>\n\n            <div class=\"col-md-6 flexible-content__image lazyload\"\n        style=\"background-image:inherit\" data-bg-image=\"url(&#039;https:\/\/testphonelocker.promcollection.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/P1301690-scaled.jpg&#039;)\">\n      <\/div>\n          <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n<section\n  class=\"section section-flexible-content-block reveal active flexible-content-block--no-padding\"\n  data-aos=\"fade-up\" data-aos-duration=\"1000\">\n  <div class=\"container-fluid\">\n    <div class=\"row flex-row-reverse\">\n      <div class=\"col-md-6\">\n        <div class=\"content\">\n          <div class=\"content__centered\">\n            <h3>The Impact<\/h3>\n<p>Within a single half term, the school saw measurable improvements across behaviour and daily operations:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Phone confiscations reduced by 59%<\/strong> (from 88 to 36)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lunchtime incidents reduced by 64%<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Lesson removals reduced by 12%<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Internal truancy reduced by 14%<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The reduction in incidents created a noticeably calmer atmosphere across the school, particularly during unstructured times.<\/p>\n<h3>Staff &amp; Student Response<\/h3>\n<p>Headteacher <strong>Andrea Rosewell<\/strong> highlighted the positive cultural shift following implementation:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cI\u2019m very happy about the impact we\u2019re seeing from our new approach to phones in school. Once our students get used to it, they\u2019re thanking us for these new rules.<\/p>\n<p>They feel freed from the pressure that comes with phones \u2014 there\u2019s no way for pupils to be distracted, and children feel free from the fear of missing out.<\/p>\n<p>The statistics really speak for themselves here, and at Crest we\u2019re seeing more relaxed young people who can focus on
